Greenlizard0 PL & Championship Football Thread ** spoilers ** [26th Feb - 4th March 2021]

Dodgy ref aside....at least this is a decent game to watch. Recent United games have been a snoozefest by and large.

Chelsea's passing is notably sharper.

Ref bottled the handball decision because he knew he got the free-kick completely wrong. We were told when they tweaked the handball law after the crazy number of penalties in the opening weeks that any handball where the arm is above shoulder would still be given as a penalty. I can think of at least 3 instances now where they've not stuck to that. Dermot Gallagher or whoever else will be on Sky tomorrow and arguing it wasn't intentional but had it been given he'd be pointing to the fact his arm was above his shoulder.

If I had a pound for every time Lindelof or Maguire have lost their runners this season I would be able to buy Jadon Sancho myself.

Honestly don't know what they were doing....are they drunk? Something seems to be impairing their motor functions...

Just standing around letting Giroud run onto a free header...should have put that away.

They have 0 spacial awareness and we have lost so many goals as a result. Even when its 3 on 1 we still lose that one guy. DDG should be ripping them a new one when they are constantly letting the opposition attackers in on goal when we have spare defenders.

Chelsea are a nasty team. Getting away with leaving something on our players at every opportunity. Refs ignoring them because we still have possession.

I think my favourite part of the penalty replay is all the Chelsea players asking for a free kick for Greenwoods handball. Then crowding the ref to complain that Hudson Adois wasn't a penalty.
