Isn't this "team of the last calendar year" rather than team of the season? Thats how I read it. If the criteria is players that have had good a good year or a good 2021/22 season so far then there are loads of players that could be in there but it should be the best. Do you think Saka has been better than Salah? Thats pretty much what this is. Make your dream team based on form from the past year.

No, of course Sakas not better than Salah.

Personally, I think choosing an 11 is pointless. Too many great players out the to squeeze a mere 11 in. Should be an 11 with an 8 man bench at least. If it’s team of the year, then Fernandes should get a spot too imo.
