Greenlizard0 PL & Championship Football Thread ** spoilers ** [2nd - 6th April 2022]

Just why on earth have you said this?

You're correct when you say Everton have been mis managed...they have...and he's mis managing them now. You think Klopp allows Dele Alli in? Absolutely not. Dont give me this "he signed on Lampards first day" nonsense, he will have known all about it. If he didn't, He's an idiot.
He's got them 5 points from 9 games, signed 2 players deadline day that play in the same position, thrown the players under the bus every single loss. If (when with luck) they go down it's all on him and the fans that were cheering when he was announced - shocking appointment.

I suspect Lampard had no say oh whether Deli was signed or not. The same goes for Ghazi.

It's because of the complete wreck that anyone previous left the club that they ended up taking a gamble of the likes of Alli. Lampards only mistake was taking the job and not avoiding it like the plague. With no money, the age and quality of the team and the 40m midfielder on errrr 'leave' then no I don't think it mattered much who managed them at the point Lampard came in.

Lampard would have known about a potential deal going through so unless he's spoken up, he has to shoulder some of the blame.

Its the fact that the club are a mess is why you dont take a gamble lmao. He still played a defender in midfield and left two midfielders on the bench.

The way I see it he's come in and tried to do a Roy Keane, thrown the players under the bus and it hasnt worked. It isnt all on him, it's on all of them inc the fans tbf but he has to be one of the most bizarre appointments in recent times.

They’d be absolutely bonkers to make that signing. He’d cost a fortune.

I don't think he will, when they get relegated they will have to sell. Everyone knows they are cash strapped and he will not want to play in the Championship. Same with Richarlison, they will get 2/3rds of the fee expected when he bails.
