Your reason why this has to result in footballing punishment for United and advantage for Liverpool has nothing to do with logic, and everything to do with your massive bias.

Also why should United have to be punished because of some fans? It is not the club's fault what happened.

The only real thing that can come out of this is police sentencing and bans to the individuals.

Both Liverpool and United are dead rubber anyway. Liverpool is going to Europa and United is almost guaranteed top 4. Hell if they win Europa they will have a better seed anyway so top 4 will be irrelevant.

Why are clubs fined when their fans chant racist chants?

This has been done to death but Uniteds security was appalling, the protest was known for ages. The video of the open door and them just letting them in isnt a good look either.

Just briefly look at your posting history. Do you ever not argue with people? Its like every other post is you going for someone.

lol. One game was played. The other was abandoned with people being hurt. They were trying to attack the media for gods sake...not only are they not comparable it isnt relevant.

This is the second game in recent history United have had a game abandoned due to security issues but hey, no bother.

So is your problem with players wellbeing or you just want the game to go ahead no matter what happens beforehand? You can't laugh off actual attacks on teams busses that put players at risk (and lets not forget that people and police got injured) just because the game went ahead and also complain that it's unfair for Liverpool players having to play 3 games in a week.
