He should be suspended for it. It's taken forever for concussion subs to be introduced and rules around head injuries because of the fear that they'll be abused just like that.

They don't look anything like as dangerous without the runs that Sterling and Jesus used to make. Sterling wasn't at the same level as most of their players technically, but he created so much space
