Greenlizard0 PL & Championship Football Thread ** spoilers ** [8th - 10th April 2022]

Repeat of the game at Anfield, got smashed in the first half and had the better of the second. City still big favourites given their run in compared to ours but I'll take a draw.

Overall, I'll take that draw, being behind twice, at the Etihad. Could have been over and finished with by half time. I'll take that. 1pt is still overturnable.

Fortunate result but makes the title seriously difficult, I doubt we’re perfect to end of season and city could be easily

Entertaining game, Man City just edged it for me, glad to see Pool getting a draw.

Hopefully City will drop more points than Pool to the end of the season.

I wouldn’t be so confident in City winning every game, they’ve already dropped points Vs Southampton and Palace both twice.

On the flip side Spurs is a tough match right now. Everton and Man United two easy games though. Going to be interesting.

They have the easier run in

They do yea, but anything is possible in the premier league. City lost to Palace this season, so they can slip up, just like any other team. Yes they might win all their remaining games but yes they also might not. Its not done and dusted yet with just 1pt in it

Impossible to say what way the season will go, seven games left for each team, many twists and turns left yet.

Another game today though that makes it clear to me that Salah needs a couple of matches out of the team. Whether to rest or to clear his head or whatever. He's had a tough time of it, losing AFCON final and then Egypt not qualifying for the WC and the ongoing contract, it seems to all have had an effect on him.
