TBH is was quite a scrappy game, yes you had more possession but you really didn’t do anything or go anywhere with it(playing it across the back 4 and midfield doesn’t count for much) , if ASM learned to pass at the right time and shoot at the right time we would have probably not needed a last minute winner.
 
Really disappointing from Palace today. They're a handy side that have caused the top sides lots of problems throughout the season but they've not laid a glove on Chelsea today.

Other than the set-piece just now I can't think of any good chances other than the one in the first half that was a mile offside.

Chelsea haven't been close to their best today and it was a big chance for Palace to cause an upset but for a side that usually play at such a high tempo and get lots of men running from midfield they've looked so slow and cautious, as if the occasion was too big for them.

I'm not worried. Chelsea lost the fa cup final last year and the year before that. I'm extremely confident that they are about to lose 3 FA Cup finals in a row

I must have missed it because I can't remember that at all :o Doesn't change the point regarding their general performance. What's made them so good this season is that they've gone toe to toe and tried to take the game to anybody they come up against but that wasn't there today.

Yeah I completely agree, my point was more that even then Chelsea have got a bit lucky to be two up.


Although Lukaku is hilarious
 
And to think that Lukaku cost almost as much as Salah, Jota and Mane combined. I know which of those two deals I consider to have been the best value for money ;)
