You're 8 points ahead of Burnley, why are you worrying? You might not even need to pick up another point this season to be safe.

Their run in isn’t bad, I can see them beating Southampton on Thursday meaning it will be five points and us in equal games played. I cant see us picking up any points vs Palace, City, Arsenal or Chelsea. Then we have Brighton and Brentford who are both in good form. It’s gonna be really close

Their run-in might not be bad but they're ****ing awful. Even if you don't pick up another point all season, which you will, realistically they've got to win at least two, probably 3 of their last 7 games. They've managed 4 wins from their previous 31.
Chelsea have been so hit and miss lately, and Palace are a decent team. I reckon it's 60/40 in Chelsea's favour and nothing I've seen in the first 10 minutes changes that

On another note, just watched the West Ham/ Burnley highlights, why wasn’t Burnley’s pen retaken as there was a West Ham player in the box when it was taken, I though if there was encroachment and the pen was missed it was retaken

Only if the encroaching player clears the rebound. If it's off target on doesn't fall to one of the encroaching player then it's not retaken. Same for if an attacker encroaches.
