Greenlizard0 PL/CS/FA Cup SF Football Thread ** spoilers ** [15th - 21st April 2022]

At least the young lad Hannibal has showed more gut and determination than can be said for all the other senior players who have done 90 minutes.

Putting himself about abit in his short cameo. The rest should be ashamed of themselves!

@omnomnom anything to say about that Keita one :p

Red. United should be down to 9 however.

I know it's a dumping on United day...but short memories. was very, very good when he first joined. He's definitely capable of better performances.

Unless there are other players you'd retain over him.

He stat padded with penalties.

He's given the ball away a lot. If he meant that pass then that's a corker.

Fernandes doesnt do enough for United. I know hes flashy at times but defensively United may aswell play with 10. Loses the ball a lot aswell.

Fernandes has been losing possession a lot since he signed for United

They go back to when he first signed. "short memories".

Nice win, never really an enjoyable fixture though

It's a massive shame, especially considering the HIP found Liverpool fans weren't to blame. I say especially because even if it had found the opposite, it still wouldn't be right.

Even if they just referenced heysel they’re trying to point score with the deaths of people. Genuine cretins and there’s a lot of them sadly, you know it’s bad when Baz isn’t even trying to play it down on this topic as he tells me to shut the **** up often enough

I hope Rangnick will play more of these young players. The 'senior' players are just embarrassing.

Special mention for Rashford. Absolute joke of a player. His off-pitch 'work' is irrelevant at this point when he's just taking the **** out of the club and the fans.

Thought the Rashford stuff was harsh before but I do agree now, even when the wingers had actually pressed into a good position he remained stationary

I doubt it’s a lack of desire, just not a good player

I mean to be fair the supply into his was sublime. United were awful, i dont rate Rashford but he's an easy target.

Ive said it for years....He's crap. United fans standards are so low nowadays.

Outstanding performance for all but 10 mins at the start of the 2nd half. Thiago is a joy to watch, to think there were some people (even Liverpool fans) doubting him last season! He along with Trent, dragged us into the top 4 in the last couple of months of last season and he's grown into the side ever since then, running games week after week now.

Pleased for Salah to get the monkey off his back and get a goal again and a goal & assist for each of our front 3 is a big plus too. Diaz is going to be a star and Mane looks at home as a centre forward.

I just don't understand it, sure - he was never as good as some hyped him up to be (Mbappe comparison) but he's certainly more capable than what he's demonstrating right now. Just seems petulant/sulking - so many would love to be in his boots.

Rashford has been very good in the past, he's either lost his ability and/or isn't trying. Not saying he's amazing, but he looks like a League 2 player now - at best.

Indeed.

No he isnt...this is his level.

He's not very good.

Rashford did play better than he does now but he wasn't ever as good as some pundits and fans alike made him out to be.

That being said he does get singled out the most of utd players when you have players just as poor if not worse yet don't get as much flak

So let me get this right.

Our master tactician manager:

Started with a formation we don't use
Brought back Phil Jones
Played dalot out of position

And he expected what exactly? 72% possession to 28%?

1 shot on target in 90 minutes of hoofball?

He set us up to fail clearly and anyone who thinks otherwise is clueless.
