On a more serious note, I think today did show what Antony brings to the side. It's not just Casemiro, Martinez, Eriksen that have improved the team as a whole this season. It's easy to get distracted by his seemingly one-dimensional approach, but we're a much better side when he's on the pitch.

Have you even watched what Mitrovic did? It was pretty unpleasant. He's an idiot.
Both were reds but Mitrovic's is worse imo. Both worthy of a ban of different lengths.

Bruno's was clearly taken into account that the linesman grabbed him first which he absolutely shouldn't have done.
Mate I'm a Liverpool fan with an almost irrational dislike for Fernandes (ok, it's not irrational, he's a dislikeable, weasly toddler) and I don't think the Bruno one compares to the Mitro one. The Bruno one was how you get past someone on an escalator in London. The Mitro one was far worse.

Agreed. If a work colleague did that to me I'd expect them to be put on final written warning at least. That ref was just intimated in front of millions, he'll be feeling pretty bad.
On the official in isolation I agree completely but Bruno pushing the official was after he kicked Trent and pushed him. Both incidents arent great and both worthy of a ban.

Have just seen the Mitrovic red card after only reading it on here. Its a definite red obviously but its no where near as bad as I expected. Fernandes should have had one in the clip above too imo.
I mean you do that to someone outside a football pitch with a police officer nearby, you'd be getting a caution.
They aren't even remotely close. If the ref also stood his ground whilst getting abuse (instead of quickly retreating), what do you think would have happened?
If Fernandes deserved a red card for nudging the ref out of his way, then Mitrovic deserves a 10+ match ban by that standard. Intent matters.

One is absolutely worse than the other. I don't think many would disagree. I just happen to think they should both be red. Put your hands on a ref = instant red and lengthy ban with no exceptions.

Guys I wasn’t trying to say what he did was the same, I was just pointing out the hypocrisy in this post^^^^ ,because when they got their asses spanked off Liverpool what bruno did was ok

I bet some of you have your own set of yellow and red cards that you pull out and wave around whilst watching games. With amount of armchair refs on here calling for cards and bans we wouldn’t have any players left to play any games.

The way Marco Silva came out in his press conference was appalling too. No sense of remorse for his or his players actions. I was loving what Fulham were doing this season. I hope the 3 game bans for Mitro and William scupper their chances for Europe and they get relegated next season.
