League is playing out strangely. No way United deserve to be in 6th when they've been awful in most of the games. Other teams also now suffering with injuries so it looks like it will be a long arduous season. Brighton on a poor run after such a decent start, 2 losses and three draws in the last five. Newcastle also finding out what a strain CL football puts on the squad. It will take a few seasons to come to grips with it. Bizarre stat of the day - Man U are the best form team in the last five games - 4 wins and a loss. Crazy.

They played Newcastle in the League Cup. Its a league stat and it's correct, remarkably.
Missed that one. I guess it’s easy to manipulate it certain ways to look favourable. I don’t think many United fans would see themselves as the best form team atm.

I think it’s more to do with the intensity of the extra games TBH, we have played both Manchester clubs and the champions league games, those are games you have to play at 100% constantly or you get taken apart even if you take a 10 minute period off.

Its one where youd want it finished early but its a tricky one. Could do with Nunez putting the 1 yard tap ins away today if possible.
Hopefully get some players back after the break.
No Nunez needs tons of hard chances rather than tap in, he scores harder goals than the easy ones
We've been crap up at Anfield since we got promoted. I went in the first season up and it was abysmal.
