Greenlizard0 Premier League Football Thread ** spoilers ** [18th - 21st August 2023]

This is terrible how Utd are not level at least, we are just clueless in the final third amount of times Garnacho had chances to do something first half.

How much do you want to spend, he already has a net spend of over £310m

Ultimately that doesn't matter. Overspending on subpar players is down to the people making the decisions. You can't just say to Antony - "you cost £80m, turn into a better player" - doesn't work that way.

It's a bad situation.

I think it is just Spurs is so poor. Not that we are playing better. Wolves were a better team.

same old toot this year again id say, manager does a good first season, gets champions league, then doesnt have a good next season and questions start to appear, been going on now since fergie left, wouldnt be surprised if we finish 6th or lower

United could have got something form the game had Fernandes took his chance in the 1st half but the take away from the game for me is that United is still off the pace fitness wise, they look sluggish and Spurs looked sharper all over the pitch.

But he’s a player that ten hag wanted and pushed the boat out for, your manager has spend over £310m net on players that you now think are not good enough, who’s fault is that?

I'm not defending the club or the manager. They're all accountable in different ways.
