I agree completely. It's strange though because even though they keep spending money, they keep vastly over paying for players and never seem to buy a players to fill the gap in their squad.
They've needed a striker for years and years but keep buying players at the end of their career Falcao, Zlatan etc or get guys completely out of their depth on loan like Ighalo. Then go a sign a guy who barely played last season for a £70m or what ever it was.
You'd think they'd learn but they don't they continue to sign cast off from other teams - kind of like what Saudi is doing. It's like they do other big clubs a favour whether it's Schwini, Casemiro, Ronaldo, Varane.
Get Kane, he's on the market, just pay what Spurs want rather. If it's £120m so be it. If you're willing to spend £70m on an untested youngster, it's worth doubling it and getting the real deal.
