They didn't show the angle from behind where you can clearly see he doesn't hold him at all.

There's an angle where you can see he's holding the palace players shirt. It's relatively soft but he has very little complaints when he's caught literally red handed...

Nice interview with Declan Rice there. Enjoy some sincerity and honesty from a player... If they're time wasting then they are time wasting, no complaints.
