Think there are 2 things. Might be arguing for a foul by Darwin, and Mo was clearly offside (but not involved). I think Ortega was saying that he couldn't close Diaz quicker as he was worried about Salah

Edit: I don't agree with either to be clear, but I think that's what the complaint will be
