There’s goals in the lad, imo. Not sure why it hasn’t clicked for him yet but I fear playing for this current UTD team won’t do his progress as a player any good.

His banter is not bad also! Anyone spot his recovery pace? He seems to have incredible pace but doesn’t use it all the time. Like an extra gear.
Apart from Manquillo who does get game time, all those players would be starters if we could rotate. Murphy is off that list also!

I think he's better than Martial and should be starting every game he's fit. He's got all the traits to be a great PL 9, needs to settle in.
Personally I think we're suffering from ETH changing the squad for every single game, regardless of performances.

Pretty normal now though isn't it? We're at the point where people are celebrating when Onana makes a routine save, as he's equally likely to make a mess of it.

But fingers have to be pointed at the manager too, I'm still not seeing any sort of plan... the clock is ticking - even his own signings have been terrible - if they won't make an effort for him, what hope is there...

I don't think any reasonable person would blame it all on him, there are issues everywhere you look. The owners have failed miserably, but we know all of this already.
However, just because the Glazers are terrible owners that doesn't mean everything else should be ignored. The players are largely woeful and ETH hasn't been able to show much from a coaching perspective beyond relying on the individual brilliance of the players (when they bother to make an effort). It's very Solskjaer-esque.

He also signed and has stuck by Antony and Onana who are beyond useless. Cut ties with them. Every other manager would have just bitten the bullet already and dropped them. Whats he playing at. He’s also playing Martial ahead of Hojlund. These a bigger issues than what’s happening at board level at the moment.

Maguire has been Man U’s best player for a long time. The problem was people were and still are too busy calling him slabhead etc etc.
If you had more players with his attitude at Man U, the team would be in a far better place than they are currently.
In this day and age it’s shameful what he’s had to put up with.

They aren’t doing anything for him though. While playing them he’s basically putting his job on the line and increasing the pressure massively. They aren’t good enough for a team with ambitions of a top 4 finish. The desire of the Newcastle players yesterday, the tactics, the fitness, the attitude well just everything was chalk and cheese.

They showed a clip yesterday of Martial just standing still with ETH getting his attention then shouting at him. He just stood there and raised his arms.
This is a guy who shouldn’t even be at the club, they’ve tried to get rid of him for years, no one wants him. No one is willing to pay for him. He’s the one who should be training with Sancho, where near the first team.
I actually completely forgot about Mount, another one of his signings whose hardly set the world on fire either!
