Let it goSpurs arent half getting some decisions though. Those vs us then that today are proper stinkers.
I'm not sure he did, did he? I was only watching on my phone at the gym so am very willing to be corrected, but my perception was that he blew while the pass was in the airAs much as we like to criticise refs, I'm not sure he done much wrong. He clearly blows for the foul well before Haaland regains his balance, let alone plays the ball to Grealish. He's then looked to allow Haaland to take the free-kick quickly but then pulled it back as Haaland didn't take a quick free-kick but carried on playing with a moving ball.
He did. He clearly blows plus sticks out 1 arm to indicate the foul. The confusion comes from the 2nd gesture the ref makes, which I can only assume is him signalling to allow Haaland to take the free-kick quickly however he definitely awarded the foul to begin with.I'm not sure he did, did he? On the clip I saw it looks like he blew twice. Once with the foul, then again when the ball was played which would fit with the above that it should have been a stationary ball for quick free kick. Difficult to get the audio clearly though. Not sure if anyone has a better version.I'm not sure he did, did he? Hmm, the clip I've seen it looks like he goes to blow then...er... pulls out, before eventually going for it. But it's pretty unclearHe did. I can't hear on the audio whether he actually blows however the whistle went to his mouth and his outstretched arm would indicate the award of a foul. Sadly this isn't a VAR issue so isn't likely to be covered in Webb's next VAR review thing.Hmm, the clip I've seen it looks like he goes to blow then...er... pulls out, before eventually going for it. Shame, I'm sure they'd shed real light on it if it wasI can't hear on the audio whether he actually blows however the whistle went to his mouth and his outstretched arm would indicate the award of a foul. Sadly this isn't a VAR issue so isn't likely to be covered in Webb's next VAR review thing.
Having watched it again, I can hear the second whistle but not the first so maybe he doesn't actually blow to begin with, despite putting the whistle to his mouth and signalling for a foul.Shame, I'm sure they'd shed real light on it if it was
