You seem to think that because a player has looked for a penalty then it's not an penalty - most penalties are looked for.

No, but it's a contributing factor when a player looks for a pen and goes against what's natural to look for a pen, just because Monreal stretched his leg doesn't mean it's a penalty. Youre entitled to do that if you want, Vardy shouldnt go against what he originally did to fool the ref.

He dropped his shoulder to go down the right but he didn't then go down the right, he ran straight into Monreal to get a penalty. If he was not the box, he wouldn't have gone down. He would have carried on running in his original natural movement
