Well i didn't know you were including Mourinho. I agree you need to stick with a manager but you have had 2 managers prior to Mourinho, can't include Giggs
 
Rooney looks so far off the pace it's embarrassing; he looks like one of the dads that's had to play to make up the numbers. Surely it's apparent in training how far away he is from realistically competing at this level now? His touch is awful, his decision making pathetic, he can't tackle and he's so, so slow.
