Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [12th - 18th May 2017]

Am I missing something here, Deeney runs over and bumps into Pedro late, he does nothing, doesn't react, doesn't go down, literally just walks off and gets on with the game so like 5 Watford players start trying to get in his face?

They felt he was simulating to get the Watford player sent off with the second yellow I think. I was a bit baffled why the Chelsea player didn't get a red card just before he was subbed, he got fouled I accept but his reaction was to get up and put his head into the Watford players face like Fellaini did the other week, it's usually an automatic red card but he didn't get anything.

Just shows how spoilt the Arsenal fans are. Win tonight and they are still in with a shout for CL, its not even a dead rubber game.

They obviously have moved onto supporting Tottenham for their weds night footie.

West Brom concede a second a few seconds later. De Bruyne with a decent finish. Too easy, now 5 points ahead of Arsenal with the results as they are. Way that game is going, it's down to two.

Tottenham manged to stick 60 odd thousand in Wembley against CSKA, and we'd already been knocked out.

I know a couple of Arsenal fans that are a bit older, and even they agree that there's a lot of upset fans because they're so used to winning - as they would have started supporting during the invincibles era. Things aren't *that* bad at Arsenal, but the fans have no perspective of what it's like to be really truly rubbish. Spurs fans do :D

lol indirect free-kick from an impossible angle for Sunderland.

This is a joke - they've got to be 10 yards back and if they go 6 yards back there will be an open goal.
