While Parker was epic first half of the season, not bad since but hasn't been great either. Tiote on the other hand has been brilliant for the vast majority of the season. In terms of having a DM in any team, he's been one of the best in form players throughout the season. Toure/Silva/Parker have all had massive ups and downs.
Walker is a laughable selection from Neville, he makes a huge number of mistakes defensively, he certainly looks promising but wastes a lot of the ball going forward also. Richards at right back with ease for me over Walker.
Aguero for Rooney is a no brainer, Tiote for Silva, Yaya, I'm a bit loathe to put Cabaye or someone in for him as he's had quite a few poor games, but then so has Yaya. Actually I'll go simple, Lampard has been outstanding again 11 goals 5 assists.
Even then its hard to ignore Ba/Cisse/Mata, put them in as subs methinks.
What no ban?What did I say before about not writing off Wigan, Arsenal team turned up thinking it was an easy 3 points.

Like you said we turned up thinking it was going to be an easy 3 pts but if you recall earlier on in the thread i said that im not taking the win for granted because Wigan have done us over a few times in the past when playing them the second time and my fears when watching the second half were satisfied when i saw us 2-1 down. Anyhow well done to bag 3 pts from us...you deserve it in all honesty and i wont take that away from you. Looks like you lucky barstewards have managed to escape relegation again

Not getting on at you, Wigan turned up and tbh not sure what the game plan was, those 2 quick goals, wow amazing, last time Wigan was 2-0 away was at Blackpool last year
To do that at Arsenal was great but they sat back and tbh I dont know how Arsenal did not score, just seemed confused and clustered up, you dont not like grinding built up football, you are more counter attack with the pace of wing backs and RVP Walcot and thats what hindered you scoring, Wigans defence was superb, every was clued up, Hasbi was great, bet Bolton wish they had not sold him.
Brings back memories of Carling Cup draw at Highbury, team plays well under pressure, how on earth these players went on a 8 yes EIGHT game losing streak, I will never know, a win and few draws in that and Wigan wouldn't even be in a relegation battle.

That's just a misunderstanding and RVP was ****ed off anyway.

Tell me a player who doesn't get frustrated when they are having a bad game, his team mates aren't playing too well, and they are losing at home. Yes RvP can act a bit of an ass, but I really don't think this was one of those times.
That's how I saw it, wasn't trying to say Caldwell was in the wrong.

Well done to Wigan, why on earth don't they play like that from the start of the season !!! They could be a top 10 team with performances like that.
said it all along, no fun in being a mid table team, remember when Bruce was goig for Europe and just stopped when they hit 41 points
