Very poor from the left back(or whoever that was), ran well beyond the defensive line and played him onside for no reason.
 
Once again, haven't seen Ameobi do much this game. I really want him to be a good player but he never seems to put the effort in :(

He won the cross which led directly to the goal? He's a bit rubbish, inept on the ball, useless, but he throws his weight about a lot, I mean he's no more effective than a mobile brick wall in that sense, but that can still be effective now and then.

Fact is that, no matter how crap a player is defenders play against him, both cb's went in to win the ball he won for the goal, he both won that ball and because both defenders went towards him, Best was in more space than he would otherwise have been.
 
I never said he has done nothing at all, for such a big strong bloke he gives the ball away way too easily. However I can't imagine a team without him :p

I hate this commentary. So tempted to mute it.
