Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [14th - 17th Jan 2012]

This is awful so far.

No conviction at all – Looks like they wanted to stay in bed this morning.

*edit* It's just got worse. What is Cabaye doing? Get up you plank!

Wilkins is a complete **** wish sky would sack him, everything London he ***** over everything he criticises. Worst commentator ever.

We are **** today as well, pathetic start :(

Technically he did get up... must have hurt himself when he jumped up off the ground. :D

Needs one more goal to get 50 goals in 250 league appearances. :D

lol, how did he get 49 though, seriously.

lol what is Cabaye doing?!

Ignore the daft Wilkins, you can be in pain, be angry and have adrenaline take over but still have a serious injury. The last replay they showed really showed what a massive smack on the ankle it is, was pretty nasty.

Wilkins really is a douchebag, oh he got up, therefore he couldn't possibly be injured.

Hehe, very true.

Loved the fact that he was remonstrating with people as he was being stretched off. It was probably the most passionate thing anyone in black and white stripes has done so far this afternoon.

QPR are a mission like. We need to sort it out.

Cabaye should be ashamed tbh, he was clearly in a good enough state to throw a hissy fit. At least we have Ben Arfa now!

Cabaye should be ashamed because he could walk a few steps, but isn't in a fit enough state to continue for the next 65 minutes of running around at full pace while being tackled as well...... yeah, if you can do one, you can do the other.

Has no one ever been injured, ever? I have bad knee's, they "go out" on my all the time, I feel a twinge, I don't know its gone or going to hurt till I then walk on it.

Peoples reactions to injuries always make me laugh, wait, he moved, therefore he's perfectly fine. Have you seen someone with a hammy go, then they limp around before coming off. INjured doesn't mean incapable of moving, and pain isn't always instant, infact its rarely instant because the shock of impact normally masks pain, from a few seconds to even hours.

if there was a drinking game that meant you had to take a drink everytime Wilkins said said something stupidly, pathetically obvious you would be slaughtered within 5mins of kick off. He's really irritating me :p

Scan for Cabaye, ankle problem just reported.

"My word"

"I just have to say"

"You've got to 'enjoy" the ball".......... this one is new for today(i think) and makes me think he's even weirder than I thought and have a guess what he got fired from Chelsea from, the real reason is someone found him in the closest and he'd cut a (probably tiny) hole in the ball and had his pants down :p

Also, if Gerrard, Rooney, Rio, Lampard, Terry, Parker now, or just about any England team member is playing....... he'll drool over everything they do in a downright embarrassingly pandering way.

The guy is god damned awful.
