It's a bit early to judge Borini, his movement is most games prior to his injury was top class. THe biggest problem this Liverpool team has is the final ball, choosing the right pass at the right time. We are woeful at it. We could have any number of strikers you choose to name (bar Messi) and they would have similar scoring returns.

BR needs to get some sort of attack minded coach in and quick I just don't think it's (attacking) in his game. His swansea team last year were the lowest scoring in the league for example, laudrup has come in and got them playing nice goal scoring football.

I'm not looking forward to the window, I just don't think anything will change.
 
Arsenal fan here and i won't lie my love for Fellaini has gone up somewhat after his antics today. Shawcross is a horrible player and deserves everything he gets, maybe he will think twice before molesting players in the box every match (same goes for entire stoke team)

Good to finally see Stoke getting some of their own treatment

Got to love Alan "Elbows" Shearer getting on his high horse about it, he is one of the filthiest snide players to ever play the game.

Entire MOTD panel need to retire, in-fact BBC just need to give up on football broadcasting.

I'd quite happily watch ANY team get one over on stoke with a win against them while pulling shirts, shoving people over in the box and generally playing physical football.

But pulling shirts, and headbutts/punching in the face ARE extremely different things. Also Shawcross did a terrible tackle, anyone that thinks he MEANT to break Ramsey's leg is just daft, anyone who thinks Stoke's overly physical football and lack of enough care and attention to what they do on the pitch is sensible and should blame Stoke's style in general for what happened.

If anyone on the Stoke team deserves a punch, its Huth, I don't even much care about the odd elbow if thats all Fellani did, but headbutts and punching are something completely different and I don't regard Stoke as a team that will consistently punch/headbutt our players when we play them.

For whatever reason he's desperate for us to go down so he's just taking a pop for the sake of it. Benteke's been excellent for us.

This is just silly from Swansea. Probably already made more passes than Stoke did for the whole of yesterday!
