Shocked that the penalty wasn't awarded what with all of the extra injury time added on but United haven't been getting those dodgy decisions since Fergie left.

I wonder if the Fellaini incident will be investigated? it's not like he doesn't have form.
 
Well well well...

Not a good start, but not a shock either. Several important players injured and our squad starts to look a bit naff. Our strongest 11 would be a different proposition, but you can't rely on that when taking injuries into consideration.

Our midfield disappeared when Herrera went off, it was the same in pre-season. Fletcher was mostly atrocious, offered nothing going forward, didn't tackle much, didn't mark properly for the second goal. I thought Mata was poor too, but Januzaj was excellent, considering.

As everyone has been saying, we need to make signings and pay the premium for players. They are out there and they will come for the right price and the right wage. We shouldn't have to settle for this, it's ridiculous. I'm not sure what it's going to take...

3 managers have looked at him now and come to the conclusion he's not worthy. I think they are clearly seeing something outside of the ground we don't.

Yeah agree. As I said earlier this taking time to see the players stuff is rubbish. Everyone knows the players that aren't good enough and if he didn't then he hasn't been keeping current with Manu and wasn't the man for the job. The first 7 fixtures should be easy confidence building games.
 
The fear is that lvg always says he starts the season slowly so he may think he can work with what he has. We need at least 3 players and that's if the rest of the team is fit.

The thing is he's been using Kagawa pre season, he's suddenly flip flopped with disastrous results. There is no way the Belgian Buffoon should ever be stepping onto the field over him, it's just incompetent.
 
As a united fan it am disgusted with how Woodward has the nerve to say we have the money yet we still haven't bought anyone other than Herrera and shaw. And this rubbish about players not wanting to join united is a joke, if fee is right and the player is paid his worth they will come. This is becoming embarrassing now.

You have no CL football and the squad is in decline.

All who mocked Arsenal for treating top 4 as a trophy, well now you know it really has lots of benefits.

Hope united pull through else United could be in a dire state for the next 5 years.

I disagree, city had no decent players and no CL and paid the money to get top players in, whether we are in decline or not is irrelevent if the money is there.
