I think he used to be really good when he could get a run of games going.. I can't see him being any good now though, he has been out far, far too long.

Dier had a very very good debut game for us. Best defender on the pitch, solid the majority of the game and got the winner. He cost us what 2-3mil and is only 20, looking very good for the price.
