Certainly not good times at the moment for us. I would at least like to see the young Ryo playing. Looked good preseason. If we are going to lose we might as well blood some young players and give them a runout
This is only going to go bad either way.
If we win. Wenger might say our squad is strong enough as it is.
If we lose (bad enough in itself for the 2nd game) then I still can't see him strengthening until it is too late. Two important games that are going to mould our season. Our rivals (If we can even still say that) for the 4th spot and the CL game which determines if we actually get in this season.
Not good times but it adds a different dimension to the season.
Liverpool fans are getting the excuses prepared already I see. Ready for the Walcott hat-trick.
If your team fails, blame the ref.
No excuses. Win, lose or draw, Atkinson's a ****.

Drogba has a good record against WBA but get the feeling he won't play/start.

I'd love to stick Drogba in there but like you I don't think he's gonna be playing much.
That would be pretty awkward. I bet if he has a good game City will buy him on Monday.

I couldn't imagine us playing him if he is leaving for City. Would be a risk if he got injured. I think he would be on the bench at the most.
Not sure whether I'm surprised or not but Suarez is on the bench for us today. Hugely important player but he clearly wasn't fully fit last week. Kuyt replaces him and Kelly for Flanagan:

Jenkinson and Frimpong are still very inexperienced so this will be a big step up for both of them! The rest of the team looks good, I just hope Ramsey steps up to the plate, he's been below par for some time now.

Even if he gets half an hour he still more than capeable of doing something.
