Not surprised Chelsea won. Spurs were average (at best) against a **** poor Newcastle side and only looked like winning that one when Newcastle were down to 9. The fact they lost today isn't a surprise, my £20 double on Huddersfield and Chelsea paid off handsomely :D

Not sure what's wrong with Spurs, and I know it's only 2 games, but they've not looked themselves.

Well one game was at Wembley and we know how they do there xD

I must be missing something, granted I am bias but Spurs did pretty much everything right yesterday bar put the ball in the back of the night with the exception of Loris for the 2nd goal.

The difference between the sides I believe is that Spurs are still a little bit naive, you could sense a Chelsea second after Spurs scored :(

I was surprised Chelsea won yesterday with the players at our disposal, but equally delighted.
We looked a bit shaky at the back to start with but once they settled down Rudiger & Christensen in particular did well and Bakayoko did alright considering it was his first competitive game for ages.
Refs need to sort themselves out, there were at least 2 challenges as bad as Cahill's last week which were only given yellows, I think the first one was by Dier(?) and then the best defender in the league should've went too, handily neither mattered though I guess.

Wanyama had one of his worst games in a Spurs shirt, 2nd goal conceded was so stupid. Bad throw from Lloris, Luiz mugs Wanyama and then Lloris lets the ball go through him as if he wasn't there.

Chelsea let us have all the possession we wanted because we didn't know what to do with it.

Another game we didn't 'deserve to lose' but we did, if we don't get a better RWB and a player like Martial who can run at players and cause trouble we are going to struggle.

Hard to tell with United. The side looks a lot more balanced with Matic in there and Lukaku is going to score plenty of goals for us, plus we are now a physically dominating team that also has serious pace in certain positions. Things look much more positive, but then we have only played West Ham and Swansea so I don't want to get too carried away.

So much for Chelsea's crisis. Sure, at times they looked suspect at the back against Spurs yesterday, but I thought they were quite good given all the suspensions, injuries, and new players they are having to deal with. Give them a few weeks to get Cahill, Fabregas and Hazard back in the team and for the likes of Rudiger, Bakayoko and Morata to find their feet and I think they will be absolutely fine.

Bookies not giving Everton a chance at City.

I think there could be a big upset on the cards, certainly not the cricket scores everyone seems to be expecting.

Expect a cagey game with a goal in it either way if it doesn't finish 0-0.

Everton demolished City 4-0 last time out and they will still have that in the back of their minds for tonight.

Are Everton any better off than they were last season? Minus Coleman, Lukaku and Barkley. Oh and their best player, Robles.

City will win comfortably I think, 9-0.
