Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [19th - 24th April 2019]

He was great at the start of the season wasn't he? Or was that last season? What happened to the guy

Was hoping Spurs would get at least a draw here, looks unlikely now.

Liverpool are going to have to rely on their mates at Utd doing them a favor...what could go wrong?

Honestly think there’s a much higher chance any other team could do it, manu will get sparked by B.Silva

gosh how many times is that ref gonna let rose go through someone before he does something about it.

That's not even a foul, oh well I felt spurs were the most likely to nick a point off City for us

Can't see any other team doing it, also sterling needs to stfu acting hard man last 10 minutes cocky little ****

Sterling has spent the last 10 mins trying to get into as many physical and verbal fights as possible because he knows it runs the clock down if the ref has to come over to sort it out

Oliver is one of the worst in the business, let alone the best.

Got to laugh at Sterling acting the hard man, he would get bent in half.

He really is a horrid cheat

How isn’t that a booking for another City dive? Rancid club

Remarkable how Sane rolls about on the floor like someone has shattered his ribcage for the last minute, then promptly gets up and jogs off once he realises the final whistle has gone.

Class from Oliver, Sterling wastes 2 minutes diving and fighting, blows on 94th minute

I say it every single week, the clock should stop the moment ball isnt in play and the match should have a minimum set length, that one simple rule change would put a complete end to every form of timewasting in football (apart from the taking it to the corner flag method)

Felt for Neville at the end there, he sounded more nervous than I've been watching Liverpool lately.

Its a compliment to Liverpool really, it shows that even though Liverpool havent been winning trophies, even though they havent won the league for almost 30 years, they are still seen by Utd as more of a rival than their derby rivals, who are one of the best sides ever in the league. Thats quite the compliment.
