after watching the toon vs man u match I feel that we didnt deserve to go down 3-1, I felt that we had the better of the first half.
Fair play to Man U though, they seem to be getting back to their "fast breaking best". Will be interested to see how the affect the top 4 in the 2nd half of the season

you could have easily scored a couple more......but then some of Young's crosses really should have been finished off too

Gary Neville aside (for his match commentary anyway, which is pretty ****ing good. Has a good eye and notices little changes of play etc), does anyone actually like any of the 'pundits'? You really don't begin to understand how clueless they are until they start talking about your team/club.

Not a great performance from us but 3 points and a rare clean sheet is a welcome Xmas present. In complete contrast to the Arsenal game our midfield was terrible; we couldn't string 3 passes together nor did they offer any protection to the defence, who for a change stood up and done their job. Because of the poor midfield performance we didn't have many opportunities on the break but the few we did we managed to **** up with one exception, the goal.
