Been a while since I've enjoyed watching one of our games that much, great noise from the emirates at the end.

String out a few more performances like that and we're definitely staying up!

The race for top 4 is going to be a comedy show again this season, isn't it? It would be great if Wolves could pinch 4th.

That race is all but done, when you look at those performances by the so called chasing pack.

They can fight it out for the Europa league :D
Not sure about that, Chelsea's form in the past couple of months has been worse than the chasing pack. As bad as Spurs and Utd have been, they've closed the gap on Chelsea from 12 and 10 points respectively to 6 and 5 points.

I don't know why Utd can't string a few performances together. They blow City off the park one day, and the next they're back to jogging/walking around with everyone just waiting for someone else to do something.

Desperately need a leader in midfield to put get them moving. Pogba *can* be that player, but most of the time won't be....just pray he clears off in the transfer window and we get someone else in.

Top-rate team performance: aggressive, compact, decisive on the ball, huge work rate. We were excellent playing out from the back, which is early credit to Arteta as we don't have the personnel for it and these same players have shown no previous ability to do so competently. Luiz's distribution was superb and he was only pipped to MOTM by Torreira's defensive effort. Lacazette really worked his nuts off too.

The second half was like watching every Wenger game against Mourinho's Chelsea, where he would cede possession in the knowledge the opposition didn't have the ability to penetrate. We managed United relatively comfortably and closed the game without making the individual error(s) that marred the Chelsea game.

One negative: we need to keep attacking intent when defending. It's fine to drop deeper and counter, but for the first twenty minutes of the second half we lost impetus and attacking structure and it took a while to recover that composure on the ball.
