so IF Reading and Villa are two of the three early contenders for the drop , who is going to be the third (admittedly this early its pure guess work with only 13% or so of the season gone) just interesting to see who people consider are artificially low, and those low on "merit" and wont improve enough.

Of course this does depend on injuries (esp to those smaller teams who really only have 1 good /decent player per position mostly).

I think it will be those two, QPR and West Ham and possibly Wigan all battling it out for the bottom 5 and being very close after 25 - 30 games. I hope Southampton are way above but Im not sure.

Chelsea were frustrating today, we had plenty of good possession but always tried to play a bit too much, sometimes you've just got to be more direct and simply try to score instead of dancing around the box.
Oscar had another good game, he's going to be fantastic. I couldn't tell for sure whether he did dive (it looked like a pen in real time) MOTD will probably clear it up.
Torres looked a bit slow, I think he needs a rest but we haven't got anyone to cover for him at the moment.
Overall, Stoke were crap & Chelsea were good enough for the win without being outstanding.

Chelsea attempting to take the title of 'dirtiest team in the EPL' apparently. Someone needs to shoot Ivanovic, the guy's dirty, always doing sly elbows and chucking himself about.

Sorry my mistake, all it cleared up is that Lawrenson is a ****.
Ivanovic dived but Oscar didn't yet he reckons he did but last week Welbeck's tumble was ok because there was contact.
Spastic.

Turns out the rumours about Boruc were true, signed until the end of the season. :D
Impressive result today (albeit against a poor side) and a new keeper to replace Davis.
Also noted as soon as Fox was replaced the back 4 looked more composed and assured.

What has he signed?!?!?!!?!

Gazza was more than good enough in goal! He'll be fine till xmas, let in a few because he is younger than me! (well younger than 23) and has some decent agility/positioning about him!

Everything looked MILES better when we abandoned fox at left back and played Clyne there! It was like watching a whole new team second half, all our worries were gone because Richardson could cover the right and Clyne could do the left, and score the game changing goal! Delighted with the second half performance and we gave Adkins a lot of vocal support second half because he made all the right calls properly :D

Stand by we overall should stay up, Villa top tip to go down, they looked dreadful

I seem to recall MOTD trio all being critical of Welbeck last week (as they should be in this case)

Maybe Im remembering it wrong

Not expecting us to win today. Generally play like rubbish there.

Sky Sports are apparently sticking a load of journos in amongst the crowd with recording devices to try and pick up on any chants...

Well as were at home we have slight advantage but badly need a win, I hope both set of supporters traveling behave if police here any one single person chant they should be thrown out but i doubt they will do that.

Hope Suarez/Evra both behave too especially today. Shelvey deserves to start after his mid week performance. Just hope our strikers find the net

Like PK said and i agree the handshake is least important thing but should Evra/Suarez make a deal out of it again the media will have a field day.
