Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [25th - 27th August 2017]

Is the law about provoking the supporters/making them surge and that being the dangerous part or whatever? At work so can't really start googling :p.
I'm not sure of the exact wording of the rule but I can't see what Sterling has done that you don't see every weekend. He ran in the direction of City's supporters celebrating - the problem/difference is City's fans have come onto the pitch.

As bad a challenge as I can remember seeing in a very long time. The cheek of him to complain about the red :o

He won't get any more than 3 games though. You have to do something unusual, rather that dangerous to get an extended ban according to the FA.
It looks like West Ham are even worse than last season.
I was surprised Bilic survived last season. It will be a miracle if he's still in charge at the end of this season.

Martial in for Rashford, deserved.

Who doesn't love West Ham being dreadful? Nothing against the fans or the players, but it's always felt like the owners are purely in it for the money, unfairly benefited from the stadium shambles, etc.

That's exactly what they're in it for. Trousering 7% interest on the their loans to the club, spending the bare minimum to stay on the PL gravy train and generally being gobby (Sullivan) senile (Gold) and generally a horrible person (Brady).

I weep for my football club and what they've turned us into :(

Not sure whether to be happy or sad at the win.

3 points is great but I lost £490 as the only result on a 6 fold accumulator that didn't come in was West Ham to beat us :p

Serves you right for betting on West Ham. They're one of a few clubs that are more of a shambles than Newcastle.
