Sturridge didn't get much of a mention to be honest. It was rightly all about Coutinho - he was outstanding.

Well I've been watching IM3, I was hoping after a couple of hours in there I would walk out to news of Pardew getting sacked, sadly not 
We are a complete shambles and have been for a long time, Pardew is clearly the cause. He doesn't have a scoobie.
You are playing a team who have lost their only real goalscoreer this season (until tonight) and you play with 2 holding midfielders, talk about giving up the iniative and playing for a draw. Obviously in retrospect another attacker wouldn't have helped but it's stuff like that he's been pulling all year. I honestly have zero confidence in him keeping us up, but he will keep the job as he is Cashleys man.
To make my night even worse, IM3 was even worse than our performance

I'd be more concerned about playing with a midfield including Tiote, Perch and Sissoko yet Coutinho still was allowed the freedom of St James'.
Your defense was poor today but your midfield was non existent. What's happened to Tiote and Cabaye?

I will bet any money Cabaye will leave in the summer and that a deal has been agreed with a club. He's looked disinterested for the past 2 month, Tiote, god only knows
The big problem (which wasn't immediately apparent) with Cashleys plan is that players are proving themselves to get their big move then stopping giving a toss, so you only get a year or so of good play before they lose ineterest.

The last one was a shocking tackle and a deserved red.
Actually fair point, at first it looked like a fifty fifty, but he flew into that.
Definitely... And there aren't many tackles I would give a straight red for!

Me neither but those type of tackles are sickening. Both feet off the floor, diving in to the tackle with studs up and just before you get the ball you kick your feet out for maximum impact.
