Our poor defending as usual but they were tad lucky in that they didnt give us a pen and potential red card due to handball.

Countinho our best play thus far as usual all stems from him.

Still can't work out what Karius was doing for that first goal. He spread his arms out to the side rather than up yet there was no chance of the ball going anywhere other than over him.

Game seems to be passing Firmino by a bit, maybe because so much of it is being played aerially, wonder if Origi might be more useful in this match

Feeling same, I think he has just drifted out its been all Countinho and Mane, Origi as you say may offer mroe direct pace which seems to be working more tonight than usual

Must admit he seems to not be great at catching first time. The Benteke shot went through his hands and struck his chest instead. He was so highly rated in the Bundesliga that there must be talent there, hoping its just De Gea style first season jitters

Think Sturridge would suit this game now, Palace are actually pushing up chasing the goal rather than playing constant long balls.

Origi i think would be better just pace alone seems Klopp told Mane run right through and its working if Origi does same they cant track them both
