We're playing god knows what formation... Eto'o is wide and Baines in the middle at the moment.
 
I spoke to the owner of Eastleigh FC and he said they played Bournemouth in a pre season friendly are they were ridiculously good going forward and tipped them for the championship. That was in October, I told him no chance and I was picking Middlesbrough.

But prior to that had been one of the longest established top division teams for something daft like 30 odd years, the infrastructure to be a top flight club was sort of still there, Southampton had a dip worsened by administration issues but bounced back quickly (potentially without the 10 point hit for that, the dip and subsequent return to the premier league would have been even shorter). Southampton had the fanbase, the stadium, the training facilities, youth academy of a premier league team etc. They simply needed the financial stability provided by Liebherr.

Not quite the same thing as turning a league one club and infrastructure into a premier league one in a few years.

blackburn - boro has been a ridiculous game. its incredible that theres been no goals . some great chances/saves and constant end to end attacking. 6 minutes added time to go
 
Get out of jail fee card for United today. Should have really put one of the chances away but we suck away so playing decent football is an improvement over whatever was before.
