What a woeful game of football. Such an absence of any quality. Every single time they got into the final 3rd, a poor decision. I rarely get angry at football but that was the lowest standard of Premiership football I have watched live in a long, long time.

Well confirmed that Baloteli is fit and traveled just isn't included in the match day squad. Rodgers dropping him then maybe a stance towards our transfer comitee

Pretty much except though you'd want to keep Falcao on I can absolutely understand keeping him safe. This is a period in which he's playing games one after the other for a change but at the worst point of the season to start doing that. A normally fit player can struggle playing games 2-3 days apart and with Falcao's year since his injury I can absolutely understand the decision to protect him.

Utd lack the Fabregas type quality to make the difference in harder games against organised defences, same way Song was crap against Arsenal, Rooney's passing has in every season when dropped into midfield struggled to look even average in midfield against more organised teams. Utd still need a couple of midfielders of significantly higher quality than they have, an RB and a CB. Young is becoming good again under LVG though I presume will now miss a month or more, he'd make a good back up for fullback/wingback and a decent wide option.
