To be fair the Evans one isn't clear cut, he could just be spitting on the ground. There is absolutely no defence for Cisse.

Agreed. Not only was the tackle a red card he then kicks out and spits at Evans. Hard to tell if Evans was spitting at Cisse or the ground in fairness...

That penalty shout was also a disgrace, how he isn't giving that I'll never know. As clear a pen as you'll see all season.
