Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [29th December 2012 - 2nd January 2013]

Ade miss no where near as bad as pundits are saying, it was a high ball that he had to hit early as keeper was close and coming to get it, case of really needing to at that height and close to goal get his foot over the ball, but it was high enough that he didn't do it. There have been loads of worse misses in the league this season.

Spurs 2-1, two really quite easy goals, well taken goal by Lennon. Sunderland are poop and Spurs should have been well up by half time anyway.

Quinn though, why is it Sky seem to go through a list of the least likely people to make good commentators/pundits.... then hire them all?

Niall Quinn is ridiculously biased on the commentary :D

To be fair I think thats a bit harsh and he's not all that biased, if he knew what was going on and called everything wrong on purpose, that would be biased, in his case, he hasn't a god damned clue what is happening on the pitch :p

Defoe... ouch, worse miss than Ade's for me, terrible touch got stuck under him a bit, got his feet messed up, should have shot with his left.

West Brom XI v #Mufc: Foster; Jones, McAuley, Tamas, Ridgewell; Thorne, Brunt; Rosenberg, Dorrans, Odemwingie; Long

EDIT: Wow apparently Kagawa starts for us and RVP is on the bench

#MUFC Starting XI v West Brom; De Gea - Smalling, Vidic, Evans, Evra - Valencia, Carrick, Cleverley, Young - Kagawa, Welbeck.

Subs; Lindegaard, Ferdinand, Giggs, Hernandez, van Persie, Scholes, Buttner

Defensively that looks stronger, I wonder where the goals will come from though

EDIT: Best part of that team news is that De Gea starts though
