It was a bad landing, but it was a brutal hit also, should have been a red. He turned, led with his shoulder braced and threw himself at someone's head basically. Exceptionally dangerous tackle and he was focused on the player not the ball.

Very forceful yeah, a lot of speed and force but wasn't what would have done the damage as his chest took the majority of it.

Would agree it was reckless though

The thing about head injuries are, they don't ahve to be on the head, your brain gets bounced around pretty much just as hard a split second after the head gets whipped backwards after you get smashed in the chest. It's only a little less bad for the brain in terms of concussion.


Sanchez just dived like a total *****, yup, said he was a diver before he joined Arsenal, threw himself to ground soft as hell constantly when he was with us, will probably get worse under Mourinho as most of his teams do. He dives flat out like that fairly often but he does the wait for minor touches or slows while running in front of players and looks to go down all the freaking time.
