The evidence has to be clear and obvious for them to overturn the decision, so that’s not a given.

The replays showed clearly the first was offside and a dive, and the second was the attacker falling into the defender and diving, pretty obvious really.

To me this is the perfect situation for replay/4th official opinion. There is already a break in play and a very important decision which the linesman and red aren't 100%.

Yup, but if we did use var the match would likely still be on lol, considering how quick sky show replays I don't understand how league find it difficult to implement quickly and correctly

His in game management is atrocious and has repeatedly cost us. Sack him? No, we won't get better.

I change my mind everytime i watch it mainly because im not entirely sure what Lamela is even doing....he isnt shielding the ball so is he just trying to barge in Van Dijk or what ?

Good match and I feel a fair result. If I was a Liverpool fan I'd be quite annoyed. They really did not make the most of the opportunity afforded by the early goal. SPurs were pretty good again in the second half. They needed to find a gear and did which is the mark of a good side. Salah's second was out of nothing and totally against the play. A draw was a great result for United .

He's trying to make contact so he can then throw himself to the ground. VVD pulls out and Lamela still throws himself to the ground, it's a clear dive.
