Oh my good god! What is wrong with our defenders. Evans trying to recreate his MK Dons Howler.
 
Never understood what United fans see in Evans. He's poor positionally, and tackles like a wet lettuce, and that's not even taking his current jitters into account.

Clearly players are much more flexible than this, but this how I view Man Utd's team as a mix of their natural positions and how they're lining up.

I actually laughed putting that together, but thought I'd try a game in my Liverpool save against a lowly Fulham... with no familiarity we won 6-0. :eek:

Played the same game with mostly the same players in my usual 4-3-3 and won 5-1.

So it's scientifically proven - there really is no excuse for Man Utd not to trounce Burnley. :D
 
Seriously. What the **** are we doing. Long lofted balls to no one and Burnley play theirs straight to their man. There is so little class and ability once you get to Fletcher that the rest of the team is irrelevant most of the time.
 
Why has ROoney at every point passed backwards and refused to run forwards into space with the ball? He's gone out of his way to kill every attack so far. He's run forward without the ball but as soon as he gets it he's passing backwards, and badly.
 
The problem is still getting the ball forwards, defenders are passing to Fletcher who then passes back, they then pass to Valencia who then passes back, they then pass to Young who then passes it back. They then just hoof it.
