This is going to be another depressing performance. Yet again we are getting outplayed by a crap team. Pub teams are getting so much time and space on the edge of our box that its embarrassing.

Di Maria is looking brilliant already but he is surrounded by ****.
 
Di Maria hasnt played for long, but already it seems that he is one of the only few who is pinging the ball into the danger area.

That is one thing you can certainly say about him. He is just awful. He can't beat a man. Goes backwards 95% of the time and is so stunned when there is space to run into that he waits till the space closes up and then passes backwards again.

It was always going to happen, his long ball was accurate but hardly never before seen quality. The ball for Mata was a basic ball, that Mata fluffed it is more telling.

Di Maria's ball for Mata towards the far post is the best thing he's done, and Mata just didn't go for it, he's such a girl. Pathetic to not go for it, so what if it gets intercepted, boo hoo, it didn't get intercepted and he just didn't even try.

Di Maria is and will be a step up from a lot of these players. But most of the times he's done things he's been deeper and played into the space, played on the overlap giving him that time and space. The difference is his delivery has been good as opposed to Valencia level.
