saw it coming a mile off, Djourou had been cack all game, had already commited several fouls and was well on his way to getting a yellow for repeated soft fouls, then does a ridiculous and pointless tackle that was a very easy yellow, and at that point he would be lucky to stay on the pitch for a single bad tackle....... and its Djourou so it was definitely coming.
Not only that but one of our only fit defenders he clearly was having a little trouble with his groin so the obvious thing for anyone to do , is sub the useless twit...... so what does Wenger do, same as always, nothing, walks into a problem that is clear as day.
As for his other substitution, at 1-0, only needing to keep the ball with a dodgy defence we take off the only Arsenal midfielder worth a damn, another classic Wenger mistake. Take off the best player in midfield and expect us to hold on to a result.... it NEVER works, it always fails, we always get worse and he does it yet again.
As for Gervinho, absolute and utter gash, Theo, marginally less absolute and utter gash. Song, more pointless fouls again, normally for no reason, like putting a leg in when the ball has gone and there is no danger, idiot. Defensively, still failed to see our lanky pratt attack a single set piece, offensively or defensively in a way that makes him worthy of being on the pitch.
On the second half performance Fulham could have run out with a ridiculous scoreline, they missed 2-3 headers that were basically sitters, as well as Ruiz punting it right at the keeper.
Dismal performance again and more evidence that Lille are probably sitting in a pile of cash worth around 12mil laughing their arses off. He refuses to pass till its too late, then he can't actually pass anyway and his shooting almost makes Walcott look good.
Thing is, its exactly what I expected.
Koscielny has certainly stepped up his game and has looked really very good this year and looked good most of todays game, most of the rest of the team simply aren't close to top 4 quality. Kos, Ramsey, RVP......... and some of our guys shouldn't be anywhere near the premier league.
