Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [30th Dec 2011 - 4th Jan 2012]

United have been awful tonight, nothing more to it. At least when they lost to Blackburn, they looked like they should've won. Newcastle have been class. Tiote, Ba, Krul and Cabaye all excellent.
 
Think every team that plays United now will feel like they can get a result rather than rolling over tamely as some have done so far this season. Aura starting to slip? Mojo dissipating?
 
Utd have City, Arsenal, Stoke, Chelsea and Liverpool in the next 6 weeks (and Bolton but if they can't beat them..) - could be a tough few weeks although given how those teams also played over the Christmas/New Years break who knows what will happen :p

Aura? That went a few years ago, we haven't had the fear factor for a long time, you only have to look at our away form last season to see that everyone knew they could come at us.

Biz as we were talking last night, notice how literally no one had left at the 94th minute, Etihad was half empty at 85 last night :P. Oh yeah and that weather was worse before you play that card

Great match, any team that actually bothers to rush uniteds play seems to beat them or atleast give them a good game.

Well im an arsenal fan and dont like how sprs are playing. plus they canta fford adebayor. his on 170k a week

You mean after it's shown making the top 4 last time wasn't just a rare fluke? I'd like to think our pulling power will be somewhat improved after this season.
