He has nothing to feed off. He arguably produced the best two crosses (one where Countinho was offside and where 3 Liverpool players were in the box and didn't get on the end of it). He chased back and got stuck in (Janmaat's challenge) and also closed down defenders; Ok probably not on the level of Saurez etc but still...

Yeah he gets frustrated and looks like he can't be bothered but he's not in a position to be able to play how he wants to play by the looks of it.

He has no movement because other people around him aren't doing much either so he has no where to go (Sterling was just on the right wing looking like a nobody against Dunmatt (sp?)).

Edit: another Chelsea win on the cards, what a surprise. ;(

Mario needs support simple as that, he can play the lone striker role but he's much better when he's partnered with somebody.

In the Euro's he had Cassano doing the Suarez role for him, Cassano was going wide etc to make the space for Balo and it worked very well.

At Ac Milan he was played as a lone striker and he was very ineffective for big parts of the games he played i just dont think that role suits him very well.

He needs other people around him making space for him or he is pretty much useless. If he had his head screwed on properly i'm sure that would help as well but every week it's the same **** with everyone jumping on the lets hate Mario bandwagon.
 
Southampton are fantastic this season.

Rogers will be sacked for £&@)(/- liverpools money away on hopefuls, should have offered 50 million for REUS

FSG will have his pants down in January
