Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [3rd - 5th October 2014]

Really disappointed with the draw against wendys today. Other than a freak goal from someone that didn't do much Silvestri was largely untroubled. At least that useless dirty **** Reda Johnson has left them, but they were lucky to only finish with the handful of yellows they had after one of their lads kicked out. Ref booked him but clearly didn't see it.
 
Never been his biggest fan but I got to say Fabian Delph has been one of the most consistent players this season. Full of running in the right areas i.e. not a headless chicken and tracks back well.
 
Delph has had some really bad luck with injuries but he's a very dynamic player. He's quick, can run with the ball, likes a tackle and can shoot.

Got a mean streak that gets him in trouble at times though.
 
Not the goal, the scoreline in general.

They've worked hard and put up a decent fight. It's only when their legs have gone they've dropped off and left gaps.
 
So disappointing, we were so static for those two goals. Toure had an hour to pick his spot and Aguero was allowed to lay it on his right in space. Benteke barely had a sniff of the ball after coming on :(.
