Top four is a lot easier than winning the title though especially for a team such as Liverpool, untroubled by Europe.

This season in a nutshell:

Man City's early season away form was poor.
Chelsea's form against bottom of the table teams has cost them the title.
United have been severely mismanaged.
Arsenal imploded as usual.

I can see at least one of those teams (probably not Arsenal) amassing 90pts+ next season, Liverpool will probably need to improve on this season whilst competing in Europe.
 
Well we're going to be what, 2 points from winning the title? Doesn't really fall under 'Top four is a lot easier than winning the title', also you act like we haven't had our issues this year.

We could still somehow be champions sunday, I mean its as likely as crystal palace scoring 3 goals against the team at the top of the table in the last 12 minutes of a game, but it can happen.

Its a way everyone can belittle our form or 'achievement' this season - just like we havent had a single injury, 50+ penalties and no decisions go against us dont forget.

Man City will probably pick up 86 points this season, that is bang the money for a title winning team. People saying the usual suspects have underachieved and just watch out next season. Do you think the top 4 will be picking 100 points a peice? Will they ****, the points total this season will be pretty much next years champions tally, give or take a point or 2. 89 points was the winning number last year and maybe even the few seasons before that, which is exactly the number we needed to win the league this year.
