Fergie said in the program notes its 10 games
"The likes of Anderson and Cleverly haven't played for a while and 10 appearances guarantees them a [championship] medal. It also puts freshness in the team. Phil Jones has not had a lot of football and has done terrificly when he's in the team. I expect us to express ourselves really well"

Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed that Darren Fletcher and Alexander Buttner will receive a medal for helping Manchester United regain the title, even though they have only made three appearances each.
Players who make five or more league appearances for the champions are guaranteed a medal - in previous years it was 10 - but Ferguson will allocate others to squad players who have only featured on a handful of occasions.
All interviews I read last week surrounding this quoted Fergie saying the rules had changed and it was now five.
It doesn't really matter though
