Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [4th - 6th November 2016]

Starting to wonder if Mourinho has a clue what he's doing anymore:

Jones - not played since January/February/whenever, and he's just carp - starting??
Shaw - dropped from the squad entirely? He didn't play great but not bad enough to play Young and Darmian at the backs. Was he injured?
Ibrahimovic - why hasn't he been dropped yet?
Mkhitaryan - hung out to dry on Thursday after being given 20-30 mins and now not in the squad again
 
Just not seeing the point of these united starting 11. He's not giving the right people a chance to gain any form. His rotation has been utter tosh as well. He's ran most the team ragged and now suddenly despite being **** for the 89 minutes and 59seconds on Thursday, Rooney is back in the starting 11.

It takes time to really build a team but it doesn't take time to see some positive signs, pep and Klopp had their teams playing differently almost immediately.

I'm seeing nothing from Mourinho, it's depressing. Yes the squad hasn't got the quality it should but there's better quality than the 11 he puts on the pitch every game.
 
Holy **** that lineup. It's getting very hard to back Mourinho when he pulls stunts like this. It feels like every game we're going into 1-0 down because of our appalling team selection.

It's almost like he's not aware we haven't won a league game in a month.

He's lost it, he really has. He's made our two good players from last season (Rashford, Martial) worse, and lets Fellaini and Phil Jones walk in to the team. To think over the last 2-3 seasons we've seen Klopp, Guardiola, Conte, Ancelotti, Simeone, Pochettino et al evolve their teams' football and this donkey is letting players like Mkhitaryan rot in the reserves in place of Rooney, Ashley Young and Fellaini. Eat some humble pie and learn from them ffs.
 
Countinho is destroying Watford with his movement, we should be 2 up all ready! Lucas though in front of goal he seems to implode lol don't think he will ever score even 1 season for us poor lad
 
That Utd line up is probably the most bizarre I have seen in years

I know there are injuries but even so, thats just handing Swansea 3 points before kick off
